Farming Foodsteps is an interactive, educational resource exploring the journey Scottish red meat makes from farm to fork. It is split into five lessons all linked to the curriculum of excellence. Each lesson contains a lesson plan for teachers and a selection of presentations, activities, games, videos, interactive resources, worksheets and quizzes.

Understanding Scotch production methods, assurance and traceability is vital to understanding the red meat food system. Learning to cook is an important life skill and helps to ensure that more people in the future will be eating a healthy balanced diet that can improve health and wellbeing.
