    Make the marinade for the steaks by mixing the soy sauce, lime juice and zest, ginger, sesame oil and honey in a shallow bowl. Add the steaks, coating them in the marinade and leave to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Add the radishes and carrot shreds to a bowl with the vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix well and leave at room temperature to pickle while you cook the steaks and prepare the rest of your ingredients.

    When you are ready to fry the steaks, heat a nonstick frying pan over a high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and fry them for 1 1/2 minutes on each side for pink meat. Add the marinade for the last few seconds of cooking then take the pan off the heat and leave the steaks to rest covered in foil for 5 minutes.

    When the steaks have rested, add any resting juices to the leftover marinade in the pan.

    Assemble your poké bowl by adding the brown rice, pickled vegetables, chopped cucumber and edamame beans into separate piles. Add your sliced steak and spoon over any leftover marinade from the pan. Top with some toasted sesame seeds, sliced spring onions and lime wedges on the side.
