    Heat the sesame oil in a wok or nonstick frying pan over a medium/high heat. Add the sprouts cut side down in the pan and fry for 3 minutes until golden.

    Continue to stir fry the sprouts, then add the kimchi, garlic, ginger and soy. Tossing all the time so the sprouts become glazed.

    When the sprouts are cooked but still have a bit of bite, stir through a handful of chopped coriander if using and garnish with sliced red chilli.
