    Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion and chilli for 5 minutes until softened.

    Add the paprika and cumin and cook for a minute more. Stir in the beef and tomatoes, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

    Check the seasoning.

    Stir in the beans, vinegar, sugar and a splash of water and cook for a further 10 minutes.

    Divide between bowls and scatter over the coriander.
  • 6
    Serve with tortilla chips, soured cream and grated cheese.
