Rosemary and Balsamic Scotch Lamb Steaks

Cooking Method

    Finely chop the rosemary
  • 2
    Add the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, rosemary and lemon juice together in a bowl, season with some salt and pepper
  • 3
    Preheat the grill to high or the oven to 220C/400F/Gas 6
  • 4
    Put the lamb steaks onto a metal baking tray
  • 5
    Brush some of the balsamic and rosemary sauce over the steaks
  • 6
    Grill or bake for 5 mins then turn the steaks over, brush some more of the sauce on this side and cook for another 5 mins
  • 7
    Serve drizzled with the cooking juices
