    Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down so the mixture is simmering gently and reduce for a few minutes until thickened and syrupy.

    Use as a glaze on any cut of Specially Selected Pork, Scotch Lamb or Scotch Beef of your choice before grilling. Continue to baste the meat with the glaze as it cooks for extra flavour.
